Where are we?

Our gallery premises is located on Walton Street in Oxford City. You can find us at the end of Little Clarendon St, which is close to the Ashmolean Museum.

as well as the Ashmolean Museum, there are many places to visit around us including a variety of independent retailers, cafes and restaurants.

Opening Hours

Monday to Saturday: 10:00am-5:30pm

Sunday: 2:00-5:00pm

Parking

the best way to visit Oxford City is by using one of the four Park & Ride services.

'Oxford’s park&ride is the easiest way to get into Oxford City Centre by car.

With 5 car parks located around Oxford’s ring road and fast and frequent bus services until late evening, it is the only sensible way to travel into Oxford City Centre.

Buses start from 0600 and operate through to 2330 during weekdays and Saturdays. Return fares start from £2.20 and kids travel free when accompanied by a fare paying adult.'

all of the five services will stop in the city centre and our gallery is within walking distance.

there is limited parking in the local vicinity of the gallery (most spaces are limited to 1-2hrs and may incur a cost)

Methods of Payment

we accept all major credit and debit cards for payments online. alternatively, you can send a personal cheque or arrange for payment over the phone. contact us for more information.

Postage & Packing

all items are securely packaged and most are double-boxed. if you require the item to be posted to an alternative address we will be happy to arrange this for you. email us with the alternative address after you have placed your order. items will normally be shipped within 5-7 working days.

UK

all items posted using Royal Mail special delivery (next working day delivery).

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD

all items posted using a combination of Royal Mail Airsure for small items and DHL for larger items.

Returns and Refunds

if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange your piece or to provide you with a credit note to be used at The Oxford Ceramics Gallery. for more details on this refund policy or for advice on how to return your item safely do not hesitate to contact us

 customers are responsible for return postage costs and safe transit of the item. credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. exchanges or credit will not be given for returns which arrive damaged at the gallery.
